Resolved: Email login for IMAP mailboxes currently unavailable.

Resolved - All email systems are now functioning normally. There may still be a very small number of delayed emails but they should clear by the end of the day.

Update - We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

Update - There are still a small number of older emails that are queued for delivery and this queue is slowly been worked through.

All new mail will be delivered in a timely manner.

All other Services are running as expected.

Monitoring - We have implemented a fix for this issue and we can confirm connectivity via IMAP & Webmail should be working as expected right now. We do still have some mail queues which may result in a slight delay in receiving some emails. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update when the queues have reduced to an acceptable level.

Update - We have pinpointed the issue to a specific network and believe the issue to be a faulty port or cabling. We are working to replace these as soon as possible.

We have identified that a number of virtual devices have lost network connectivity and are working to restore it as soon as possible.

We are in the process of troubleshooting the issue and further updates will be provided when we identify a cause.

Investigating

At this time some customers may be experiencing difficulty in logging into their IMAP mailboxes. This issue will be affecting both Webmail and Client connections via IMAP. The issue is currently under investigation.
